Terms and Conditions

Payment & Shipping - All prices posted are in US dollars. Shipments are only available to addresses within the United States & Canada. Our website does not facilitate shipments to any other countries at this time. All shipments are sent "Signature Required" unless other arrangements are made.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. Shipping and handling fees are added to the purchase price at checkout. Most products will leave our facility within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary per location and range from 2-7 business days. Some items are special order and may not ship within 2-3 days. We will notify you via email if any delays in shipping should they occur.

Taxes - Sales tax at a rate of 7.75% apply to all orders shipped in the state of California. Sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.

Canadian duties and GST - All orders shipped to a Canadian address will be subject to all applicable Canadian duties and taxes. These charges WILL NOT BE CHARGED BY OUR WEBSITE, and will be incurred by the purchaser at time of delivery, via UPS. These charges are in addition to the total price of your order placed here.

Damaged Shipments - Should an item be received damaged, you must notify the shipping company immediately. We are not responsible for any damaged product that was signed for by the customer, or on behalf of the customer. Please inspect all boxes of a shipment before signing for them. Note all damages to the driver prior to signing. If a damaged product is signed for and you do not immediately report the problem to the carrier, the customer (you) will be responsible for the costs of the replacement parts.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds - The Progress Group, Inc. strives to do our best to get the product you need to you promptly. Restocking fees will be charged on orders cancelled prior to shipment unless you do not agree to a backorder. You must contact us about any product returns that are necessary immediately (not to exceed five business days from date received). Failure to do so within the time limit will forfeit any type of return agreement. If you received a product different than what you ordered, we will offer an exchange or a credit. If you ordered the wrong product, or you are returning a product for any reason, you will be responsible for shipping (both ways) and a 20% restocking fee. All return shipments must have a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). After receiving a RGA number, all orders must be returned (sent with carrier) within 10 business days. Failure to return within the allotted 10 days will forfeit a full refund. We are under no obligation to refund any payments if you do not send the item in the allotted time period. We may offer partial refunds if we deem necessary to do so. All returns must have tracking codes and be insured otherwise any damage or item that does not make it to us in "new" condition will not receive the full refund. All items must be shipped in their original packaging and all boxes, parts, and documentation must be intact. TPGI will not accept any returns sent freight collect or COD. Upon receipt and inspection of product at our Placentia, CA warehouse, The Progress Group, Inc. will refund the purchase price, less any restocking fees or handling fees.

Out of Stock/Discontinued Items - Although a product on our site is listed as available, the item may be out of stock or discontinued. We strive to ensure these items are marked out of stock or unlisted, but we may miss an item. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and you can wait for the item to become in stock or we can refund your money. If you continue to keep the order and it is a special order, you cannot cancel the order unless you pay a fee equivalent to the restock fee. If an item is discontinued, we will let you know and either issue a refund or suggest a replacement item. We cannot guarantee that an item is in stock and therefore if you want to know prior to ordering, feel free to contact us via email or telephone.

Damages - The Progress Group, Inc. and anyone associated with TPGI is in no way responsible for errors or accidents that occur while installing products purchased from TPGI. We will not refund any money or pay any damages caused by you or anyone else (including hired professionals) incurred during installation. Please see our Warranty for further information. We have technical support available via telephone (714) 630-9017 and email to help with your installation. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Pacific Time Zone.

Trademarks and photographs - Any photographs, illustrations and representation of our products may not be the actual item(s). We create many photographs in-house, and receive some photos from other suppliers. Any image that TPGI is using without authorization will be removed upon notification by the rightful owner. Please inform us via email, and we will then take appropriate action such as removal of the image from our website.

Litigation - Litigation will occur in the state of California. Per our policies, the maximum amount of damages will be no more than the item's purchase price minus the shipping fees incurred by us. Any consequential damages cannot be litigated.

These policies are subject to change at any time and must be followed strictly. Any contract to purchase from TPGI will follow the terms listed above. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to the term.


The Progress Group, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser, who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed, all of its Progress LT Sway bar and End link kits for three years from date of purchase. This warranty protects the original purchaser from defects in material and workmanship when used on light trucks and SUVs under normal use. An invoice showing you as the original purchaser is required for any warranty claim.

Excluded from the warranty are the cosmetic finish and/or plating of the product, and any product which has been altered, modified, misused, subjected to accident or collision, improperly installed, installed on a vehicle for which it is not originally designed or intended. Items that have been discontinued from our catalog are also excluded.

The Progress Group, Inc.'s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at The Progress Group's option, of the defective product. Any costs for freight, removal, installation, re-installation, loss of time or revenues, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle and any other type of incidental, indirect, or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

The Progress Group, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design, materials, and specifications as deemed necessary without prior notice. Obligations or liabilities will not be assumed to modify or exchange any product previously manufactured. The Progress Group, Inc. makes no warranty as to the compatibility of its suspension components with other aftermarket products, such as wheels, tires, exhaust, and/or other aftermarket suspension components. This warranty sets forth The Progress Group, Inc.'s entire warranty and may not be modified or supplanted by any other company whether in writing or in oral statements.
